Week 3 of high bar pause 🐾 squats 😪
As much as I despise them, they ain’t goin anywhere for a while. Overall proud of how this is progressing.
Video 1 of set 3 felt the best and locked in minus the *brief* pause on the first rep. Lol.

Honestly just love that we can drive an hour and see snow. And drive an hour to be away from snow. Love that for us.
