Our Practice
What it means to be Feminine Strong is completely subjective to you. For me, I focused on becoming physically strong so I could gain strength and confidence in all areas of my life. I always focused on a constant love for my body at any stage. Love for my body means nourishing it with quality food to sustain optimal health. It means building strength and having fun with training. And most of all sharing the journey with other strong women.
