It is my passion and my personal mission to make every woman believe in how strong she is.

What does it mean to be Feminine Strong? It encompasses Dedication, Purpose, Discipline, Strength and Beauty. When you consciously work on these qualities it gives us power. We become confident, clear and closer to being our 100% authentic self. We are able to give up the stories and limiting beliefs that hold us back. We learn to live and lead with self acceptance and respect.

While today, I might seem like I am the happiest and most fulfilled I have ever been, it wasn’t always rainbows and unicorns. I was faced with my rupture a few years ago when a relationship I thought promised a future, ended abruptly without warning. I didn’t know it at the time but what I have come to realize, is I placed a lot of my value in things outside of myself. I placed a significant amount of my worth inside of the relationship I was in. I was woken up to my stories that women serve to please others. After all, it does feel rewarding to make others happy. However, that giving should come from a cup overflowing with immense love for yourself. My unraveling was a blessing in disguise. It lead me to join a powerlifting team where I used my physical strength to become disciplined and own my power.

Through my journey and rediscovering my strength I knew I wanted to help other women reveal their own true power. I wanted to hold the mirror and be the guide for other women on a similar path. I wanted to help women believe in themselves beyond their capabilities.

Many women have the misconception that lifting heavy will make them bulky. I stand to shine the light on the truth. To tell you that you can possess the body you desire (whatever that looks like for you) AND be strongAF. It is my mission to help you achieve your body goals AND enjoy training again. I promise to provide coaching that ignites the spark for training and for LIFE.
